Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Salon Privé platform — including browsing our website, creating an account, or making a booking — you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this platform. Use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Salon Privé, operated by Salon Privé Holdings, LLC, provides access to a curated network of private membership venues offering professional lifestyle services and exclusive adult experiences across select US cities. The platform facilitates venue access, session bookings, and membership management.

All services offered through Salon Privé venues are professional in nature. Salon Privé Holdings, LLC operates as the contracting party for all bookings made through this platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as facilitating or endorsing any unlawful activity.

Salon Privé is not available to residents of certain states. Access is automatically restricted based on your location. See our geographic availability policy for the current list of restricted states.

Membership is granted on an application basis at the sole discretion of Salon Privé Holdings, LLC. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or allow any other person to use your membership. Salon Privé Holdings, LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke any membership at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is inconsistent with our community standards or these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Salon Privé. Venue address details are disclosed only after a booking has been confirmed and approved.

All pricing is calculated and confirmed server-side at the time of booking. The price displayed during checkout is indicative; the binding price is the amount confirmed in your booking confirmation. By completing a booking you acknowledge and accept the confirmed price.

Payments may be made via the methods available at checkout, including cryptocurrency where offered. All transactions are final. Salon Privé does not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances set out in Section 5 (Cancellation Policy) or at the sole discretion of Salon Privé Holdings, LLC in exceptional circumstances.

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must do so through your account dashboard. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking at our discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If Salon Privé or a venue cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for that booking within 5–7 business days.

All members are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the principles of safety, consent, and mutual respect at all times within our venues and in all interactions facilitated by this platform. Compliance with all venue-specific rules — communicated to you prior to your session — is mandatory.

The following will result in immediate membership termination without refund:

• —Any non-consensual act or behaviour
• —Harassment, intimidation, or threats directed at staff or other members
• —Disclosure of another member's presence, identity, or activities without their explicit consent
• —Violation of any applicable law within or in connection with our venues
• —Providing false information during the application or booking process

Salon Privé Holdings, LLC reserves the right to report any unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.

By becoming a member, you agree to treat all information obtained through your use of the platform and visits to our venues as strictly confidential. This includes, without limitation:

• —The full addresses of any Salon Privé venue
• —The identities, handles, or likenesses of staff and service providers
• —The presence, identity, or activities of any other member
• —Proprietary details about our operations, pricing structures, or internal systems

Any disclosure of venue addresses or member information — including via screenshot, social media, or word of mouth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

The platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Salon Privé Holdings, LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

All professional services provided within our venues are delivered by independent or employed professionals. Members participate in all activities at their own risk and acknowledge that such activities may carry inherent physical risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Salon Privé Holdings, LLC arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or any booking shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in New York, New York.

You and Salon Privé Holdings, LLC waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement shall be void as to that claim, which shall instead be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Salon Privé Holdings, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active members of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
