How membership works.
Apply
Create an account and submit a membership application. We ask a few questions about your interests and expectations to ensure a good fit for the community.
Review
Our membership team reviews every application personally. You can expect a decision within 3–5 business days. We may reach out with follow-up questions.
Access
Upon approval, your membership is activated and you can begin booking sessions at any of our five city locations. All bookings are confirmed by our team before the address is disclosed.
